How do I evaluate the Smart Marriages 12th annual conference held in San Francisco?
Click on this link:
http://gotomylist.com/cme/smc05/eval08.cfm On the first page select the workshops / institutes / keynotes that you attended. You will
then be directed to a page where you will evaluate and leave comments for
each session as well as comments evaluating the Conference in general. There is also
space provided to leave suggestions about how to improve the conference next year.
When you have completed the evaluation, you will view a CE
certificate which you can print as well as receive by email.
Don't panic. It can sometimes take a while - a few mins - for the system to process all the comments
and for the certificate to appear.
Please feel contact me if you have further questions.

I don't want CEs? I would simply like to provide feedback on what I liked and didn't like and
suggest some speakers and topics for Orlando in 2009.
Click on the evaluation link: http://gotomylist.com/cme/smc05/eval08.cfm. Enter at least one session - this will give you access to the complete evaluation form. You will find questions about what you liked and didn't like about the general conference and space to make suggestions for next year. You will receive a certificate of attendance. If you don't need it, just ignore it. Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Is there a fee for the CE certificate?
There is no fee. The CE certificate was included in your conference registration.
Who reads the evaluations?
Presenters will see all their evaluations - unedited. Your name will not be attached to your comments. Presenters can expect to receive these by the end of August.
Diane Sollee, Smart Marriages Director, will read all of the general comments about the conference - what you liked and didn't like and your suggestions for improvement.
How long does it take to complete the evaluation?
It depends on how many sessions you attended, how much you have to say, and how fast you type.
If you have problems with the on-line evaluation,
